The nose has been stretched longer to make him a bit older which definitely works. The eye brows and mouth work well, although I have to rig them. I have found a way of making the eyes move across the surface of the face. I used a geometry and normal constraint so I can move the eyes around the surface to animate with them really easily. The hair needs sorting. Probably going to bring it forward a bit (looks like hes going slightly bald at the moment).
